[Venue] Fukutake Hall Foyer (B2F), Hongo Campus, University of Tokyo
*This is the space just before the "Fukutake Learning Theater," the venue for the forum.
[Price] 4,000 yen per person *Meals and drinks (including alcohol) will be provided.

Since we will be paying the restaurants that we have contracted to provide food and drinks, if you have registered to participate in the social gathering and contact us to cancel after 5 PM on Wednesday, May 21st , you will be required to pay the full amount. We will contact you with the bank account details at a later date, and we appreciate your understanding.

Please note that those who wish to join the social gathering can register until just before the event.
